Florida shot a fieldhouse record of 67 percent from the field. Florida plays Jacksonville ( 1-3 ) Dec. 18 and if they defeat them, the Gators will have tied a Florida record for the best start in school history, set in 1952. Florida is 9-0, and Bethune-Cookman falls to 3-4 this season.
