The tempo of combat operations continued at a slower tempo.
Chernarus Defense Forces, Air Forces and Naval Forces have engaged in four separate operations against rebel forces in four regions.
1) Late Saturday morning, 33rd Separate Mountain Motorized Rifle Brigade recon staff issued a warning order to 3rd Bn that rebels were on the move, and preparing to take over Barmke in Werferlingen.
The task force assembled arrived at Barmke within 20 minutes to set up a wide defensive line in town. Air cover in the form of two SU-25 ground interdiction fighters arrived ten minutes later.
Th force experienced two light rifle attacks in the hour it was deployed in town, defeating both of them. A single T-34/85 tank attacked, and was quickly destroyed by a task force tank.
The whole task force lost no casualties, and was withdrawn from town in good order.
2) A Chernarus Defense Forces spetsnaz team attached to 2nd Army Corps was dispatched to Kozlov in Beketov early Sunday morning to locate and eliminate a number of separatist targets.
Viktr Kaba and his assistant, Ersela Koba, were placed in charge by separatist leadership to go to Kozlov and eliminate any resistance to the rebel forces. The separatist force had entered Kozlov early the morning before.
Their plan was to use a contractor team, former spetsnaz operators from Russia, Albania and Serbia, to round up and eliminate anyone the criminal command group deemed a impediment to their plans.
The CDF special forces team was landed by gunship about a kilometer south, and then proceeded into town. The team was to be covered by another MI-24 gunship.
As the team closed in to the residence that the criminal command group was staying, the firefights became heavier as separatist riflemen and guards close in on the area to protect the criminal command group.
The team lost two operators, a sapper and a rifleman. The commander eliminated the command group's security detail and entered the building to find that Kaba and Koba already were killed in the crossfire.
Documents were seized from the person of Koba.
The CDF spetsnaz team exited the area, was picked up by their transport bird and returned to base. The documents seized were a compilation of names of people to be eliminated by the contractor team.
3) Chernarus 10th Separate Tank Brigade recon staff received word that separatist force had taken over the town of Klein Pretizier in Roshe.
According to the intelligence report, separatist forces were in the beginning stages of fortifying the town. The enemy force entered town early the previous morning, led by the rebel operatives, Gjergi Kastrioti and Svetlana Kournikovka.
Early the next morning a task force marched to town and began town clearing operations. Command squad and one tank would hit Klein Pretizier from the southeast, while 2nd and 3rd squads would hit the rebels' positions from the east.
v Command squad suffered one KIAs in its approach, and one wounded. Command squad second in command treated the soldier, then got him back into the fight.
Command squad penetrated deep into the separatists' defensive zone, at the same time as the rest of the infantry command. The town was cleared very quickly. The commander found the location of Kournikova and eliminated her.
Documents were seized from the person of Kournikova.
Command squad continued to push north to the rebel supply trucks. Command destroyed all three before ordering a general retreat back to base. As the retreat began, separatist rapid reaction forces arrived.
Casualties were very light. Command squad lost one, while 2nd squad lost two. 3rd squad lost one. One tank suffered a fire control and crew hit, so the crew were ordered to bail out and evacuate the area with command squad.
4) A rifle group from 1st Bn Chernarus 4th Separate Light Rifle Brigade was ordered to west Gorka in Chernarus Monday afternoon on a mission to eliminate a pair of separatists operatives who led their forces to take over the town early that morning.
Enemy artillery did considerable damage to attacking forces on their approach march, destroying a CDF BRDM scout car, and causing casualties to all three rifle squads.
Enemy technicals also shot down one of two SU-25 ground interdiction fighters sent to Gorka to provide air cover.
The rifle group penetrated into town up to the main road, but rifle fire from defending forces was very intense.
The commander was killed in a crossfire by separatist riflemen. The attack was abandoned.
