From Germany comes an unusually whiney story about American brewer Anheiser-Busch having locked up beer concessions at the World Cup games next month.

For many, many years, we have heard from some foreign elements about how many other foreign beers are far superior to Budweiser, AB's flagshp product.

Like so many other non-market product disendorsements we have to wonder if the crticisms are true how did Bud get to be so popular?

We dunno...

Maybe the Times of London is trying to do its best Adam Morrison impression.

Who knows?

Our advice is, if you don't like the fact that Budweiser is a corporate sponsor of World Cup soccer, start drinking, very heavily.
