Free Fire Zone:

A Tactical Game for the Arab-Israeli Wars
2006-07-26

Talonsoft, before they disappeared into that good night computer game makers sometimes go, had a version of East Front II for the Israeli Arab conflict, 1947-1973.

This game called Divided Ground, didn't have all the bells and whistles such as attack helos and airmobile troops, but it did have ATGMs and more modern tanks were modeled.

Some of the scenarios that came with the game were even interesting, but none of it could be applied to modern warfare past 1973.

It likely won't be available when Matrix Games finally releases its version of the Campaign Series, so you'd have to search the internet for used CD sellers for the game.
