Badanov's Habanero Salsa
10 Habanero chiles sans stems
1 16 oz.Can Crushed Tomato
1 small Can Crushed Pineapple
1 small can Cling peaches sliced in heavy syrup
1 4 oz can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic power
1 teaspoon black pepper
Put everything but the habaneros into a large bowl and mix.
Place habaneros in a pan lightly coated with vegetable oil with oven set at broil at 500 deg.
Flash broil for 5 minutes.
Chop or sliced habaneros, then add to the rest of the mix
Set in refrigerator for 24 hours.
