From the hot part of the civil war, a Texas grand jury refuses to indict a man for shooting and killing a police officer who was in the wrong home at the wrong time. That's a win for civil rights, but Congress continues to arm police forces with military equipment. One loss won't stop state sanctioned home invasions.

Meanwhile Texas police are refusing to field police reports on threats of violence against gun owners. The story only appeared in a gun rights column, not in any media outlets in Texas. It becomes news if someone is shot and killed.

John Tkazyik, the mayor of Poughkeepsie, N.Y. quit Michael Bloomberg's Mayors Against Guns because he realized the actual goal was confiscation. Way to shut the barn door! The reason we have rights is to defend those rights before the fascists win, not after.

Good news! Phillip Seymour Hoffman offed himself with heroin before he could narrate a gun confiscation cartoon. Pretty funny to ask a heroin addict who is breaking the law to advocate for laws that will violate the supreme law of the land. But liberals have been doing this for decades, using one part of the Constitution to destroy the others. Eventually, we won't have a constitution.

The new gun laws in Colorado haven't resulted in very many convictions. In the minds of fascists it is a failed gun law because it failed to make a new class of criminals. Just wait. There will be calls for gun registration within a year. Bastards!

Finally, Massachusetts is denying firearms purchases for individuals who have been arrested, but not convicted. The writer wants to express outrage over such injustice, failing to note that that has been the case since the mid-1990s. Eliminate the gun control laws from 1994, and we can talk about outrage.

Loads.
