Message begins:

The tempo of combat operations continued at an increased pace.

Chernarus Defense, Naval and air forces have engaged in five operations in three regions.

1) OP2303-28-1 The defensive operation in Rosche by 2nd Bn, Chernarus 19th Separate Mechanized Cavalry Regiment was against light resistance by enemy forces.

The heaviest resistance took place at Klein Pritzier, when command squad's position was attacked twice, once by Russian special forces. The attacks were stopped.

In Wellendorf the enemy attacked from the rear of command squad's position, forcing command squad to redeploy for counterattack. Those attacks were repelled.

Losses were light. Command squad lost two.

Field counts of enemy losses included two BRDMs and one BMP.

2) OP2304-18-3 A subsequent defensive operation by forces from 2nd Bn, Chernarus 19th Separate Mechanized Cavalry Regiment was launched against separatist forces in Rosche.

The operation was characterized by extremely heavy intermittent rains, which sometimes served to shroud enemy movements. An enemy light armor task force was stopped just short of the forward zone by an alert MI-24 gunship crew.

In Batensen, the task force drove off attacks by Russian and Spanish speaking militia as well as some vehicles. In Nateln attacks were far heavier.

In Nateln command squad and 2nd squad stopped attacks by Russian interior ministry special forces, Spanish speaking militia and unidentified enemy light infantry.

By the time the task force reached Rosche city, night had fallen. Command squad repelled a single attack by Russian speaking militia. An enemy T-34/85 tank was destroyed.

Losses were very light with command squad losing two, 2nd squad losing one. Air Support 2 was shot down with the loss of the crew. One downed SU-25 pilot was recovered early in the operation by one of the gunships.

Field counts of enemy losses included three T-34/85s and two BRDMs.

3) OP2303-28-5 Chernarus 17th Separate Light Rifle Brigade sent a task force formed from 1st Bn to intercept a separatist force said to be moving to take over the town of Monakovo in Beketov.

During the road march, enemy patrols along the Treshka River engaged a river patrol, as well as 2nd and 3rd squad as they moved along the eastern road into town. Patrol unit 3 was ordered to relieve Patrol unit 2.

In Monakhovo, initial infantry attacks came from the northwest, with vehicle attacks coming from the north. Commander ordered several artillery attacks on suspected locations of enemy forces.

Pressure along the western edge of the defensive line began to mount as enemy RPG gunners destroyed a BRDM AT vehicle. The other AT vehicle killed several enemy light armor vehicles and technicals.

When the retreat order came down, the retrograde movement was mostly orderly, with the exception that Russian militia and Spanish speaking militia attempted to stop command squad's retreat.

After command squad's counterattack, the retreat continued back across the Treshka River.

Losses were high. 2n squad lost seven while 3rd squad lost five. Command squad lost two. A BRDM AT vehicle was damaged and abandoned. Patrol unit 2 was wiped out.

Field counts of enemy losses included three Humvees and three technicals.

4) OP2304-28-6 In Beketov, 2nd Bn, Chernarus 17th Separate Light Rifle Brigade was ordered to march on Sevastianovo to intercept separatist forces expected to arrive there.

The deployment was in a line, 2nd squad in the west and 3rd squad in the east, with command squad in the middle.

Enemy infantry attacks, along with vehicle attacks from Russian speaking militia and Wagner operators began in the east but were driven off by 2nd squad.

In the west 2nd squad fought off attacks from Spanish speaking militia. A Wagner combat group managed to infiltrate to the rear of the deployment, forcing command squad to counterattack.

Losses were moderate with 2nd squad losing two, 3rd squad losing four and command squad losing one. The MI-24 gunship was downed and its air crew evacuated with command squad.

Field counts of enemy losses included three light technicals.

5) OP2404-28-7 A combined private high risk contractor and Chernarus Naval Forces special forces team was inserted in northeastern Chernarus with orders to eliminate a pair of separatist criminal command operatives.

The two operatives, Viktor Kaba and Anna Putina, were holed up in Krasnostav. After a short march after landing by Zodiac boat, the team made its attack.

An Chernarus Defense Forces MI-24 gunship helped provide air cover as the team closed in on the operatives from the west. The team combined to eliminate both of the operatives.

Commander stripped documents from the bodies on the operatives before returning to ship.

Air support was shot down with the loss of the air crew, the only loss of the operation.
