Earlier in the week, the AP reported that sophomore forward LaMarcus Aldridge will enter the NBA draft. According to the report, Aldridge has considered going straight into the NBA after high school but decided to play at Texas.

As far as we can tell of the key players that is the only damage being done to the Texas front court. PJ Tucker, if you believe the AP ( and we do at this point ) will be returning.

Star senior forward Brad Buckman is gone as is senior guard Kenton Paulino, but this was expected due to graduation. But the return of Gibson is cause to celebrate. Gibson leaving would leave Texas hurting at the guard position. At it is now, Texas has three starters, all solid players returning next year.
