Even though Louisville and West Virginia are alternatively first and second in many defensive categories, we give West Virginia a slight edge because of their edge in defensive critical categories, according to statistics posted by the Big East conference web site.

None of this means this won't be a great game. However, we suspect the score won't get much into the two digit range.
