In perl, == is not an assignment operator. As it is used in the above listed link
That means:
"==" != an assignment operator. "=" = an assignment operator.
However if ("==" eq "=" ) {
"==" == "=="; }
else {
"==" != "==";
"=" == "=="; }
The perl police will be by later to check
