Games to Watch in Week Four subject logo: COLSPORTS

Week four opens is a bunch of conference openers, but not a lot of critical games, except for one.

Iowa at Ohio State
Both these teams are in the AP doghouse. Ohio State for losing at home to Texas two weeks ago and Iowa for screwing up the opening polls.

We can't say a whole lot about this game other we doubt it will even be close, as Ohio State will win this game.

Arkansas at Alabama
Alabama hosts Arkansas after a closely fought game at South Carolina, its solid defense and quarterback Brodie Croyle intact.

Arkansas, on the other hand is, 1-2, after a 70-17 pounding by USC last Saturday night.

Alabama is playing well at home with two victories against non-conference teams, but Arkansas will be a real test.

We expect this game to go down to the wire.

Tennessee at Louisiana State
We're not gonna say Tennessee is in trouble. It is too early to tell at this point. A loss away at the best team Florida has fielded in at least ten years and a near loss at home is no bellwether, right?

Tennessee fans must be wondering at this point if Tennessee will be living up to the pre-season hype, but the good news is we get to find out Monday night.

LSU is behind on its schedule, and its first game was an away game at Tempe Arizona to play Arizona State. We mentioned that maybe LSU would want to being the game with them and deliver it personally to the Sun Devils and the Tigers delivered a 35-31 win.

The question at this point is, what will happen at this game. We suspect that LSU will win this one but by a narrow margin. Tennessee may be in trouble. We will know after Monday.

If you have something to add, Fire Away!
