Durango: Mexican Army Frees 11 Hostages

A Mexican Army unit has freed 11 hostages held in Canatlan municipality, Durango, according to Mexican news reports.

A detachment of the Mexican 10th Military Zone was dispatched to the village of Cuatillos, which is roughly 40 kilometers north of Durango, Durango Sunday after an anonymous phone call alerted authorities to the location of the victims.
