Beneath the two boxes of .45 ACPs is a rifle, which appears to be a Mk18 CQBR 5.56mm rifle.

Sans the upper rail, or a sight, and no foregrip.

Pretty fancy weapon for a Loz Zetas operative, if you ask me.
