When rebel tanks and armor vehcles appeared in the area, all three tanks were destroyed or severely damaged by antitank gunfire.

One CDF tank gunner bravely resisted rebel armor to the last destroying a BMP-1, despite suffering the losses of both of his comrades.

Losses in infantry were light by comparison with total losses amounting to two riflemen.

Naval intelligence also found that the operatives had arrested three unidentified civilians who drove into town unaware of the presense of rebel forces. The three, the commander was told, were about to be executed as spies.

The team found the operatives and eliminated them. The commander of the team seized some documents from the person of Svanidze, which Chernarus naval intelliegnce will analyze for the rebels' next move.

The ground operation was originally scheduled to have two USMC F-35B aircraft, and one ChRU AC-47 to provide air cover. Only one F-35B made the area of operation.

All facets of the mission were successful. The civilians were safely escorted to a Chernarus assault transport boat standing by, and evacuated. One operator died a hero's death when he killed a rebel rifleman near where the operatives were hidden out.

The operatives were backed up by a large rebel force and with instructions to re-establish rebel control in the area. The operation was supported by two CDF Mi-24 attack helicopters and a CNF SU-25 ground interdiction fighter.

Despite running into a foot patrol a little bit south of the area of operation, the specops team managed to penetrate rebel defenses and eliminate the enemy operatives. The team commander seized documents from the person of Rulin.

One CDF MI-24 helicopter was shot down with the loss of the air crew. The team retruned to ship safely. Documents seized confirmed what Chernarus Coastal Operations Group recon staff long had suspected that rebels are in the beginning stages of another build up in the area.
