The tempo of combat operations continued at a reduced pace.

Chernarus Defense, Naval and air forces have engaged in three operations in three regions.

1) OP2306-9-2 A task force assembled from elements of 3rd Bn, Chernarus 17th Separate Mechanized Cavalry Regiment conducted defensive combat operations in Ruha, starting with the village of Korvenoja.

Infantry attacks from Wagner operators and Spanish speaking militia came from the northeastern side of the initial deployment in the village. Firefights were very intense.

Elsewhere in the deployment, task force vehicles defended against attack by enemy vehicles, with two MI-24 gunship providing air support. Some enemy vehicles came within 100 meters of the friendly infantry deployment.

The defense if Korvejoia was successful. Losses were moderate with command squad losing five, including the task force commander and 2nd squad losing five. Two BRDMs and one T-55 were destroyed.

Field counts of enemy losses included three BRDMs, three T-55s, and one each BMP, BTR-80A, and T-34.

2) OP2306-9-3 A task force assembled from parts of 3rd Bn, Chernarus 13th Separate Mountain Motorized Rifle Brigade marched on the town of Ahmstorf in Werferlingen with orders to intercept a separatist force attempting to take over.

The tactical deplloment was for the infantry to deploy in town in a line runing east to west, Tank 1 would watch over the western direction, while Tank 2 watched over the east.

By the time the task force arrived in Ahmstorf, enemy counterbattery units destroyed artillery, leaving the commander wthout artillery support. Reinforcements were ordered to town.

Enem attacks began with Wagner PMC units attacking from the north and east sides. A second Wagner unit attacked again from the north.

An enemy BRDM penetrated the defensive zone in town, An RPG gunner from command squad fired on the BRDM, but hit command squad's BTR instead, destroying it. A second RPG gunner destroyed the enemy vehicle.

The task force held its position against enemy attacks. But when the order to retreat came down all the task force BTRs were destroyed. Commander commandeered the BTR from Reliving Squad 1 for the trek back to the forward zone.

The commander failed to follow brigade SOP and follow an escorting tank in a mobile battle, instead entering the kill zone of an enemy T-72.

Losses were catastrophic. Command squad was wiped out, 3rd squad lost seven and 2nd squad lost six. Both task force T-72 were destroyed.

Field counts of enemy losses included two T-55s, two BRDMs, and one each BMP, BTR-80A, and T-34.

3) OP2306-9-6 A light infantry task force composed of units from 2nd Bn, Chernarus 4th Separate Light Mountain Rifle Brigade began an approach march to Pushtoshka with orders to attack and clear the town of separatist forces.

An additional task for the task force was the recovery of a trio of intelligence operatives held captive by enemy forces. The tactical plan was for all four rifle squads to attack from the southwest across a broad front.

The last time an attack and clear operation was launched at Pushtoshka, forces attacking across the open fields from the southeast were wiped out.

Enemy artillery were present, but due to a Chernarus 1st Army Corps artillery target acquisition unit based on the southern coast, enemy artillery was mostly ineffective.

The task force penetrated into the center of town clearing pockets of enemy resistance. The two criminal command operatives commanding the town's takeover were eliminated, but only the female minder was found.

When commander located the prisoners, two of them already escaped, leaving only an unidentified female, who was subsequently transported by Scout 1 back to the forward zone.

Brigade command cancelled the attack operation, opting instead to launch a new attack on enemy forces concentrating at a location just north of Vybor.

Owing to the game, 2nd squad was wiped out and 3rd squad was cut down to two. Reinforcements allotted to the new attack were transported by tank and added to the remnants of the task force.

Command launched several artillery attacks on the enemy troops concentrations, then launched an advance. When the task force remnants arrived at the enemy location, the commander called a retreat back to base.

Casualties were heavy. 2nd squad was wiped out, 3rd squad lost eight while command squad lost three. The intelligence material stripped from the dead body of the female operative were said to be of some value.

A downed SU-25 pilot also was recovered and transported by Scout 2 back to the forward zone.
