Download and save. Then unzip the package.
The only item in this archive you need ( if you are using Windows ) is the md5 executable. Instructions are included in the index.html file included with this archive.
If you run Linux, you can compile a new md5 excutable. Once you have the executable, move it to one of the standard bin directories.
It is not necessary to compile a new md5 execuable for FreeBSD. it is already included in the default install.
