A heavily redacted report released to Oklahoma City NBC affiliate KFOR, indicated an "anonymous email" was sent to OU officials in early March of 2006, indicating three OU football players were involved with the local auto dealership, Big Red Sports and Imports in taking sums of money for hours not worked.

Although we haven't found it, a local sports TV reporter said the investigation revealed only two, quarterback Rhett Bomar and offensive lineman J.D. Quinn were found to have violated NCAA rules.

Although the indicates are that only two players were eventually found to be involved, the report was so heavily redacted we coiuld not tell who the third player involved was. According to this broadcast report the third player was determined to have not been involved.
