The gentlemen depicted in this video made the ultimate sacrifice to rid the world of the threat current to that time.
This video moved me.
This greatest generation's selfless sacrifice which this current, the not-so-great generation hasn't even begun to repay by half the debt owed to these men and women, must at least be accounted for even if we can't honor it by continuing their very good works this time against the Moose Limbs.
And let us not even count the cost to the good guys alone. Look at the video for the losses inflicted in the Krauts. By any standard this mission was an incredible feat of aerial arms.
The greatest generation, indeed; for the millions of men and women who lost their very lives as well as thoise who spilled blood, sweat and tears for defense of exceptional western values of freedom, we still owe you all and we will never forget.
