So, our big Ohio State center goes to the draft.
It's a shame. We can see Texas' Kevin Durant or any number of other kids going pro but not Oden.
None of this means he can't play the game. In the NCAA Championship game the guy had four blocked shots against a defense rated second in the SEC in total offense from a team ranked at best average in scoring defense and blocked shots.
The guy is amazing, but he just doesn't look ready for the pros. He moves slowly, he shoots clumbsily, and he just doesn't say anything to anyone.
But going he is. We will watch the NBA draft to see how high he will go. We won't be surprised if he doesn't go very high in the first rounds.
