Update on Pajamas Media

Well.
If the news is correct, Pajamas Media has dumped every last one of their bloggers to focus on Internet TV. The following is a list of conservative bloggers who have commented on the change, with the last link being the list of bloggers with Pajamas Media. There are bloggers from the left who are commenting on the change with the usual snarky remarks.
As I wrote before Dennis the Peasant was about as gracious as Troy Polamalu would be on a safety blitz. He revisited some excellent points about business venture startups, even those riding atop $7 million, how focus and doing/getting one thing exactly right was the right choice. He may not have said he explicitly, but even when you get things exactly right there are any number of events that can take place to take you down permanently, including the competition.
Jeff Goldstein apparently did not take the separation well understandably because of the great enthusiasm he showed for the venture, how he went after early critics. One of his main beefs at the moment according to Dan Riehl was that PJM never gave Jeff much of a chance to help. If you read Jeff at any time over the last few years you would be hard pressed to disagree. The man can write well, and could conceivably have brought an audience with him.
So, the coda with Protein Wisdom could well be it is going away for good, not an outcome I personally wanted to see.
And because I didn't want to see it in an early attempt to shut down Protein Wisdom, I offered a website administered by myself for cost only so that we could continue to see this site in the future. I attempted to contact his associates and was finally told in the end by himself that they were just not interested in my help.
Some days you get the bear; some days the bear gets you. And now, just a few months later I cannot offer the same thing mainly because cash is the only issue, as I suspect it is with PJM now.
The worst part of this for Jeff Goldstein, which doesn't appear to be that bad, is that Jame s Wolcott is expressing what passes for him sympathy at the severing of the relationship.
You gotta admit it: when a known lefist misogynist wind sprints to your side to commiserate with you, you gotta be uneasy about it at least.
Don't bother looking for Free Fire Zone in the list below, coz it won't be there. I rejected Pajamas Media early on primarily because I never got invited, and I doubt my five unique visitors a day would have wowed them in any case.
